Line filters

We lost all the configuration in MICS 4.0, I need to rebuild at least 3 line filters.....

We have 3 line pools and We need to made 3 line filters for national, international and mobile calls.

Where could I add line filter to Line pool??

Where could I edit a line filter??

Filter tables can be found under Terminals & Sets/ Restrictions. Once built, they can be assigned to extensions, or lines as needed.

Specifically, what are you trying to acheive? Deny international calls on certain extensions?

We use to have 3 pool lines and 3 filters
Filter 00 Intrenational calls
Filter 01 National calls
Filter 03 Cellphone calls

We want to use this filter in all the pools.

You might want to steer away from the lower numbered filters. Filter 3 is global, and will effect every set and line on the system.

I usually start my customized filters at 10, and work up. Just keep in mind, filters restrict. To allow numbers in the range you're trying to restrict, add them as overrides.

Assign the filters to the sets you want them to apply to (under set restrictions), or each individual line (under line restrictions) as needed. You can't restrict a pool directly.
