Line Error problems on the Gemini 9335's

intequartz handsets , on 2.1.27 display showing line error on 403.

Any suggestions.
 
Hello Spanning,

Have you noticed any common instances with the Line Error Fault?

Does it happen on ddi calls direct to extensions?
Is the fault mainly on Hunt Group Calls and are they Collective groups?
Are the Pot Modules 8, 16, 30 or is it across all of them.

We have similar problems on various sites and Im working on (Needle in a Haystack)collecting info about our sites where its happening.

If You reset the power on the 9335 it clears to problem until another Line Error is recieved.
 
Spanning, what are you setting the Caller Display Type as?

Are you in the UK?
 
this is a known issue with V2.1(27) & Avaya are investigating
Hopefully it will be resolved in the final maintanence release.
 
I am sorry this is not a known issue initially we were told it was now its not , if it was then Avaya / Crane could replicate it ?????

Our sites are using POT 30 modules, on 2.1.27 403 and 406.The handsets are members of collective and rotary groups , some recieve DID calls.





 
We have sites with this problem & Avaya have admited its existance (that is Avaya direct not Crane)
