Line Disconnect

Hi,

I config the Auto Attendant and route the calls as usual, but there is a problem .. the Incoming calls disconnect immediately after the first ring when the AA opening

after testing ...
its working in Loop start, but don't in Loop start ICLID

can someone help me please ?

it's not first time to config it, but it's first time in Rel 9,
