Line coverage and remote access 1

I need to assign a few lines for line coverage to VM, but not able to find where you can access VM from outside.
Is it possible, while hearing the personal greeting to transfer to AA, and set up AA selecter code for VM collect?

Under the user setting, advanced settings, you can set one of the voicemail breakout codes to 770. Then all they need to do is call the vmbox and press *0, *2, or *3 which then sends them to 770.
