line chart problem!

HI Guys,
maybe you can help me tackle this problem:
I am basically trying to convert a 3d graph into 2d.
I have four names: call them A,B,C & D. Who each have a salary for the 12 months in the year. These salaries, however are performance based and hence fluctuate. I am trying to create a line graph with each name in a different colour. I've managed to show it in a 3D bar chart form but I can't get it as a line chat.The problem lies with the Chart expert's data definition I feel. I seem to be limited.
can anyone help?

Which version of Crystal are you using? The graphing varies significantly from one version to another

I'm using the latest version. 11th edition!!In fact its the 30 day test version. My company is still contemplating getting the developer edition.

wow. My first look at charts in xi. V. Different No right click to get to the chart expert. Have to click the chart then from the menu choose Format, Chart Expert.

What is the layout of your data?

Are you four names in individual fields or one field? Likwise the calendar months?
