Line Chart -- Over Days want a Day change to Stand out.

I have a nice line chart showing a patients tempeture over
4 days. Temp is charted over a date/time. The doctors would like to see when the date changes for the grid line to be darker so it stands out that the date changed.
I have no idea! Any help appreciated! [sig][/sig]
