I dont think it is possible, but im trying to find out how hevily our lines are being used at any one time.

We have 4 ISDN Lines, at the moment, the trunk hunt group is set up in decending order, and incoming calls are assending.

In the SMDR, I am able to find the maximum trunk in the Calling Party, and the Minimum trunk in the Called Party fields for a certain day.

To make things more complicated, these lines are over 2 exchanges and over two switches.

Is there a simpler method of having a breakdown of max line capacity vs date? We want to reduce cost by removing two ISDN.

system type and sw/? Do you have traffic reporting enabled? from CDE in 3300 program traffic paramters. Reports will be output to the printer port.

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!

Ah, I didnt notice the Traffic Options Assignment page. What do I need to set up?

The system can be configured to generate a Traffic Study that will give you peg counts and CCS/erlang on trunk ussage.
