I have an ACS R7 installed servicing 2 separate suites, 3 lines run into one suite and 2 into another. The suite with the 3 lines has 2 doctors, one line is assigned to each doctor with the 3rd being an office line, I need to know how to keep one of the lines from ringing at the doctors station but still have the ability to use it, he has all 3 lines and can use them but the newest that was installed rings at his station and he does not want this as the other 2 don’t ring at his station. I am not the installer of this system and have no working knowledge of the system. Any help would be great.
(I do not have an operation manual for this system)

You will need to have his extension number and then go to either extension 10 or 11. From 10 or 11 press feature 0 0 then the left intercom twice and then right intercom. At this point it should say centralized telephone program and you can put in the extension of his phone and tap the button that represents his line untill it is flashing fast. press it 1 time for delayed ring 2 times for no ring. He will still be able to pick it up and dial from it. But it will not ring anymore. When done press feature 00 again and you will be out of preogramming.

Thanks kwing112000, that did it.
Now maybe the doctor will be happy. HA!

Also, if you go to avaya.com and choose documentation, you can download the pdf admin manual for the partner - it is pretty easy to use and a great tool to have on your desktop - too much to print for the average "I don't do this for a living" kindof guy, but great to have and look things up electronically when the need arises...D
