Line assignment

Hello,

We've setup a old phone that was unused recently.
We've got it working in the internal. So we can call the extension of that person.

But we cannot do any external call from her phone.
If we press on line 1 or 2, like we normally do with any other phone we get the dial tone. Now, we get nothing with this phone.

One thing weird, is that the line that seems to be associated to her button line 1, 2 are named Line025, Line026.

From my phone or any other phone I get something like L050:3374553

The actual phone number.
Since I don't know much about phones in general, what should I do to get her phone working so that she can use the same lines as everyone else ?

Do we need to update the button 1-2 ?
Re-assign line to her phone ?

I've tried to navigate trough the admin menu, but i've found nothing.

Question, how much do you realy know to program the system?
probably we can help you by giving you some tips but, firts we got to know the version of the sofware, so we can tell you how to enter programing
