Line arrangement on ACS R3 1

I found a customer with an ACS r3, all phones are 34btn display tels.

they have their 3 lines set up to take buttons vertically, from right above the left intercom key, then upwards, not left to right.

I added a phone and it goes left to right, like I have always seen.

How could i change the phone(s) so the lines are arranged vertically so the customer is happy?

Copy from a another extension that is set up the way you want the new one

#399-(Model Extension Number)-(Target Extension Number)

Or, remove the existing lines, and reassign them in the order and on the buttons that you want.

#301-(Extension Number)-(Line Number)-3-(Press Button where it is to appear)

In your case, Line 1 is already where it belongs, so you could just do #301-XX-02-3-Button, #301-XX-03-3-Button
