Line Appearances- MICS 2.0 w/ T-1 and DID's

I have a customer w/2.0 MICS S/W. They have a DID, Line 212, that is ringing and appearing on all phones(approx 30 sets). The customer claims after the first incoming call, the next inbound rings busy to the far end. Aside from setting prime set, which would not work for all sets, and knowing that multiple line appearanced for Target Lines were not in effect this far back, is there a way to have multiple calls to the main number(Line 212)ring on all sets?

i dont about 2.0 ...but here are a few things i would try ...

0. in target line, if busy to prime ... and have the prime set as an AnswerDN on the 30 sets ...
1. increase the number of intercoms and make it ring only
2. make sure cfw bsy/ dnd on bsy are not active

when 30 people want to answer the same call ...ACD is the way to go ...

for whatever reason, the ring only deal is not working..

You could try using a phantom DN appearance on all sets.

don't they need multiple lines from the co that are in a hunt group to accomplish multiple calls in.
