Line Appearance?

I noticed that if I set the line appearance on all of my phones and have the incoming call route going to Main. When the caller answers it goes to their call appearance key instead of their line appearance. What should I put in the destination of the incoming call route to get it to ring and answer on their line appearance key so they can put it on hold and someone else can pick it up? I tried putting the line appearance key in the incoming call route and it would not ring.

I read in the other posts about can't be intruded and turned that off and it worked. Thanks for those other posts.
