Line appearance and Pools

i have to setup a system with several inbound lines. some of the same lines need to be in pools on certain stations and as individual appearances on others.

is this even possible? if so, do i need to be in hybrid mode etc?

To use pools at all - you need to be in hybrid/PBX mode. You can display an individual line on a phone using a button - but I beleive you have to make it a private line and remove it from the pool. You can have shared access buttons for the same line on other phones as well.

Only operators can have line appearances of lines in a pool.
