Line Apearance

Stupid one i know, butits only easy if you know how.

CX with 2 x ISDN 2 services.
5224 phones.

Each user would like all 4 lines to appear on their keys - so they can see each of them ringing or in use.

Also they need to select one of the ines when they have the incomming line they have answered on hold and want to xfer to an external destination.

CAn anyone offer any advice on how o set this up on the handsets. what is the description of the key type to use - and what directory number do i put in???

Look for "Key system emulation" in the help system

Sorry for being a pain in the hole - but i have done this, now and previously to adding the thread.

Type Key system emulation into the search and you dont get any results.... alternativly look through the key system results... nothing.

Searched the WHOLE help file doc for the word 'emulation' and the only matches i get are 5220 IP Phone emulation.

Please could someone offer some assistance.

I am well aware that the mitel website is not the easiest place to find results, however, i am not without trying.

you can search at the help for DTS.(direct trunk select)

and you done it for all sets. i've tried this secinario by my self.
