line 3 on hold issue Nortel mics 6.1 system

Hi, I am having an issue with just one phone/line. It constantly says "Line 3 on hold" next to our intercom button (bottom right corner) even though that line has no calls on it. It will constantly beep overtime because there of the hold alert.

Using another phone to go to line 3, there is a dial tone and everything is fine.

I don't know why my system has a ghost in it :(
 
Hi, sorry for the really late reply. I was able to see the feature codes. First one is Feature 904, and the other is 908. Both are lit up when it beeps suddenly. Any ideas?
 
feature *o and hit that button and should tel u what that button really is.. inspect it and repost
 
Thoes are call center features log in and out. It will stay lit when loged in.
