line 1 rings to users extension

Just started learning Avaya...know Nortel well

Need to stop the 1st line ringing in ext 24

Sorry I forgot the system is a 5slot carrier, 15 ext's, 6 CO lines

4.0 processor Vmail, 2 308's only one being used

Also, just found out the ext is not going to voicemail and rings back to EXT 10

Go to ext. 10 or 11. Touch feature button then 00, Left intercom button twice, then right intercom button, dial ext 24 touch line button till light goes out. For vm coverage dial #310 from system programing then add ext 24.
