Line 1 busy ---> Line 2 takes over but goes straight to VM (no rings)

Hello,

I have a problem with my Nortel CICS system. We only have two lines on this system. When the main line is busy, the second line will take over, but everything gets transferred to VM (no rings). This is very frustrating and I've looked through most of the settings and I can't figure out why it does this. I do have the FWD if no answer/busy to the VM DN. I would like Line 2 to go to AA if Line 1 is busy.

The Norstar systems doe not make a difference if it is an incoming or an intercom call, so if a ringing phone on a call has busy forward to VM it goes to that VM mailbox before going to AA.

Thke off forward busy on sets and set line 2 in the AA/lines to answer on zero rings if CLID it needs 2 rings first to pass CLID.
