Limiting VPN Bandwidth

Hi,

I have a win2k server setup and also have setup a vpn. My question is how do i limit the bandwidth of users who are downloading from my vpn.

I think you would need to set up some kind if packetshaping. I don't believe this is possible with the server alone. I know you can do it with Cisco or you can look at something like

pricey but cool device.
