Limiting User Logins

How can I limit a login so that each user can login in no more then one simulataneous connection. I am a Novell guru and can easily set with NWADMIN, can't find such an option in Windows 2000 server. I have Metaframe installed on top of Windows 2000 and I only have so many licenses for it and they are expensive. Don't want one user to be hogging more then one session. Heard of some utility called CConnect Tool but can't find it, suppose to be on 2000 resource kit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
