Limiting the size of a picture within Access

After going through the excellent Access FAQ Tutorial about viewing images within an Access Form I have hit upon a problem...

My images have all different sizes! Consequently some of them fit and some don't. So would it be possible to program in something that would automatically re-size it to a certain ratio?
