Limiting Records per page in report

I cannot figure out how to limit the amount of records shown per page on a report.
For example, I have a query that is gathering all the info I need and I need to hand that out to workers. I only want each worker to have 5 records on their sheet because that will keep them busy all day.
Can anyone help me with this?

Can you just set the page header and footer sizes such that only 5 records print on a page?
