Hey,

I am trying to create a report that can be used to output a file in a format similar to a csv, when I create the report I have selected no grouping options and only want one record to be displayed for each cheque number.

When I preview the report it is repeating this same information over 4 pages for each cheque number.

Anyone got any ideas why this could be happening or how I can limit the number of records output.

the data for the report, its this obtaining data from more then one table??

If so, what type of information is stored in the tables, and how are they linked.

The data comes from 3 seperate tables. The first stors all information about cheques, the second how the debits for the cheque have been assigned and the third cost analysis data. The cheque table is related to the debits table using the cheque number field and then the debits table is linked to the third cost analysis table on an auto generated ID field called Debit_ID.

Each of these relationships is one-to-many. It seems that the report outputs details of each cheque number for every cost analysis that has been carried out on all cheque numbers.
