Limiting other users to install or delete from the PC

I wanted to know how I can limit other users on a PC that is running XP to install or delete anything from it. I am going to let others to use the PC, which is read te documents, create their own documents like Word, and I act as adminstrator and want to limit their rights on the PC. How can I do that? Is it possible to give different rights to serveral users?

See if any of these are useful. As previously stated firstly you must turn off "Simple File Sharing" in Folder Options/ View to access the Security tab (or use Safe Mode).
