Limiting mmc snap-ins via GPO

Hi,
I hope someone can help with this. I am wanting to limit access to microsoft management console snap-ins and have found where to do this via GPO. The problem I have is I have some developers who need to be able to use the SQL Enterprise Manager snap-in, but I am not finding this snap-in listed to where I can enable/disable it's use.

Can someone assist me with this, thanks.
