Limiting Internal Attachment Size

Hey All-

Is there a way that I can limit the size of attachments (or messages) sent from internal addresses to other internal addresses? Running RedHat FC3 with latest sendmail distro.

The premise: I want people to stop using email to share files. We have gobs of network storage, email should not be the venue. However, I don't want to restrict a vendor's ability to send large documents into our mail server. Thanks!
