We have an NEC IPS 2000 phone system and we are having issues with some technicians dialing into a system via a modem to do some work and leaving the call up the entyre day. This month alone we spent around $400 because of this. I have spoken with them many times and I get results for a couple of months but then they start forgetting and leave the calls up again.
Is there a way to limit the duration of a call on this system? or if the system can sense an idle call just kill it?
