Limiting bandwidth

Hi, I am looking for any inbuilt features of Windows 2K3 server that enforce bandwidth limitiations on specific NICs, the servers in question are part of an AD domain so group policies would be a possibility.

Currently I have had to limit the port speeds to 100MB but this is not sufficient however 1GB would be too much as it has the potential to throttle the rest of the network. Can anyone help?

Change your hubs for switches as 1gb switches do not have this bottleneck.
