Limiting amount of times a user can have an application open

I have click happy users here. On TSE 4.0 Citrix Metaframe 1.8 a user will click Word 5 times and open it up that many times. Is there a way to limit the amount of times a particular published application is opened by a user?

I don't know 1.8, but in XPa you can limit the number of instances that can be launched.

In the management console go into properties of published app and under application limits, you can limit the number of instances overall or per user.

Is this only in Metaframe XPe or can you do this in XPa and XPs also?
