Limited ISD Access...

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest a better idea for the following situation:

I have to give ISD access on an Extension which should be able to dial only few specified International nos...
User should not be able to call any other no. Including internal or external. Also user should not be able to recieve any call..

My solutions are:
To give individual abbreviated no but in that case i have to keep his CAT to access 00...Which will mess up...
Or if i gives an Auth code with international access then also user will be able to dial other international nos..
Or I have LCR in place & if i keeps the specified nos with a lower TOLL value in DNT1, then other users will be able to access those nos too...

Does anyone has a quicker & better solution in this complicated situation?? any way out with SPEXI??

adcoi:abb=xxx,tra=yyyy,class=3;(class ONLY 3)

Your suggestion will not be useful as common abb dial will be available to all the users & my requirement was that only this user should be able to dial this list of selected nos..

Anyhow , its fixed now using adini/gedii/pelpi/nacds

User will dial **1/converted to gedii 1234 / converted to anspos 00123456789...
So the call is through without pin code & without the knowledge of the user about the dialled prefix...
in Nacds , i matched the cat info which is exclusively for his use & also the GEDII 1234 is allowed only for this Cat/User

So its resolved...

Hi

My proposition use individual abbreviated numbers and authorization code
So
Set an authorization code with appropriate category. Extension user can’t know this code.
Than use ADINI command to program this few external number as individual abbreviated numbers. As TRA parameter type TRA=A72AxxxxByyyyy
Where xxxxx is AuthCode and yyyyy external number followed by external dest code
Limitation of TRA is 20 max character A72A+B=5 characters. Sum of digits of AuthCode and external number can’t be more then 15
Second limitation is that you can program only 10 individual abbreviated numbers.
This future is available only for KS and EX extension not for GE

I tried before the same way but as you said the limitation of digits in TRA...My international no. itself is 14 digits , so no space for authorization code....I need to bill these calls also...
So finally i have implemented the solution with gedii/pelpi..
