I have a report based on a cross tab query where the column headings are dates (grouped by week), the rows product nums, the "data" is number sold. The cross tab query returns all of the information I need, but the report only shows the product number and the first 5 weeks of information. The column headings are present, but there is no data displayed. For your reference, I used the exact example from Microsoft's Solutions9.mdb with slight modifications to fit my query name, field names, parameters, etc. If needed, I will either paste the coding (or excerpts) here or e-mail to anyone who would like to see it.
