Limited Access

Is there a way to update several contacts at once from Public Access to Limited Access? I'm using Act 2007 Premium for workgroups. Can I update a field during importing? I have over 20,000 contacts to update and going through each one will take way to long.

To update the Access, do the Lookup, then select them in the Contact list and - Contacts | Edit Contact Access | Create New Access list

You can't update fields with ACT!'s import. This is only possible with itImport. You can download a trial from
