Limitations of ODBMS in Oracle 8

Please could anyone help, i have been asked to evaluate the limitations of creating an ODBMS on oracle 8. what would the major problems be in doing this. I have to evaluate this and RDBMS.. the relational bit is ok but im having trouble in finding out what the main limitations are for oracle in creating an object database.

can anyone help
