hi,
I want to have some information about the limitations of microsoft .NET framework, e.g. it runs only on microsoft windows 2000 version or something like that ....

Hi haroonkhalid,

.NET runtime works with Windows 98/ME/2000/XP and NT4 SP6a. Windows 95 isn't supported.

Here is a link to .NET Framework Frequently Asked Questions [] where I got the information.

Section 1.6 includes information about which operating systems run .NET framework.
