Limitations of IP400 PRI in IP500v2 Chassis

There is a limitation with the IP400 T1/PRI 24 module installed in a Legacy carrier inside an IP500v2 control unit. It has to do with mobile call control. I can't find the tech bulletin that addresses this issue. It was around R4.1 or 5.0 when the IP500 PRI daughter card was introduced. Can anyone direct me to this bulletin.
