Limitation on number of records in Trend charts with Cry Report 12.0

Is there any limitation on the number of records that can be presented on a trend chart using Crystal Report 12.0? We have around 870,000 records in database every day. When I try to make a trend chart using CR that display all these records it takes long time and I am not able to zoom in the trend chart.
