limit who is able to send mail out to smtp

Hi ! I am having a bit of problem restricting some users on sending an external mail to the internet.<br><br>Config as such :<br><br>TCPIP Network on WinNT4.0 Server<br><br>1 x Lotus Notes Server 4.6x with SMTP <br>1 x Checkpoint Firewall server with SMTP enable<br>1 x Cisco router for internet connection<br><br>160 lotus notes 4.6x client<br><br>With 100 users have internet email capability ( shortname)<br><br>****60 users should not have the capability to send an external mail<br><br>All 160 users have local internal notes mail.<br><br>Q's --&nbsp;&nbsp;How do I restrict the 60 users on sending an external mail, even without a short name and surfing capability. The 60 users are still able to send a mail out to the internet.<br><br>Q's -- If there are no function in Lotus Notes that can handle this, is there other ways or method in restricting this enviroment.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Pls. advice.<br><br>Tks<br><br>
 
The only way I can think of doing this is to set all of these users' e-mail addresses in the NAB to be <A HREF="mailto:NOMAIL@DOMAIN.COM">NOMAIL@DOMAIN.COM</A>. Then have your firewall block outbound e-mail from that address.
