Is there a limit to the number of pages a report can be?

I have an 10 page brochure that I would like to use in my database to make it dynamic based upon current data.

I've been able to get only 3 pages per report. Then I have to create another report.
For example I have 10 pages (mostly just text information)
but each page has 2 or 3 fields that are dynamically updated based upon data for a particular month.
So I have data for these categories....
1. CAT
2. Delta Tg
3. Thermal Stress Analysis
4. Purity and Porsity
5. Solvent Extract Conductivity
6. Surface Insulation Resistance
7. Tensile Strength and Elongation
8. T-260
9. Monthly Summary
10. Trend Analyis

I am able to get for example 1 thru 3 on a single report but want to get all on the report (a single report) so that the user can just press 1 button and all the pages display in print preview and then have a choice to print.

Any help or guidance would sincerely be appreciated.

I know of no limit on the number of pages in a report. There are limits to the number of fields for a recorset (and thus somewhat a limitation on forms and reports), the total asize of the data base.

I have also generated reports spanning hundreds of pages, so a three page 'limit' must occur from some other issue.

A 'knee jerk' reaction is that your report structure is not correct. Having ten categories (I'm assuming each category here represents a seperate recordset, perhaps having only the date of the recordinformation as their common field) may cause the various sections to not appear when the dates do not fall within the range?

In complex reports, I occassionally resort to 'color coding' the sections to easily see what section is being generated (and therefore which ones are NOT showing - as well).

I expect your "page limit" is the limit of the height of a single section of a report. If each record in your report's record source needs more than 22" then you might have a table structure issue.

If you want to get around this, you can add a lowest sorting and grouping level on your primary key and show the group header and footer. You can set each of these sections to 22".

Another solution would be to merge your data into a Word document.
