hi,
Can any one tell me, what is the limit to the number of records that we can insert into an MS ACcess Database.

Thanx
Kishore

Depends. It's 1 GB worth in 97, 2GB in 2k. You can't take this literally however, due to the way that Access writes to itself. I've found that after about 25,000 decent-sized records or about 400 mb of data you start to notice a real slow-down if the program doesn't outright crash. If your looking to process anything bigger, you might consider SQL Server 2k.
