limit that IP's that sql2k 'listens' on

I saw on my sql server logs that it's listening on all the IP's that are bound to that box. Is there a way to limit that? I've got all odbc's that connect to that server using one IP, and would rather not be advertising on the others. In the properties of the sql server, I see network config, only tcp/ip is enabled but the only option I have in there is what port it uses.
Any ideas?
