Limit Pages Printed

Hi, I am trying to limit the number of pages (records) printed to 25 when a user selects a certain report. The report relies on a lot of colour etc. and I do not want the user to print entire report at once. How can I get info from user to print records 1-25, then 26-50, etc. In this way they can print the first 25 records onto a report one day and the last 25 records later in the week. The report is actually registration info for each player that has to be mailed out to parents.
