Limit on number of rows returned Version 6 2

Is there a way to limit the number of rows returned on a Select. This is Version 6.1.

I have Stored Procedures coded, and have set the Dynamic Result set in the DDL. It does not work.

Forgot to mention this is OS/390.

Can't remember if this is available in 6.1, but try the FETCH FIRST 5 ROW ONLY option on the SELECT statement

your solution is only available in Version 7 onwards.
