For Crystal Reports 8, is there a limit on the total number of formula fields, running total fields, etc. that you can define when designing a report?

If there is one, it is very large. I have had over 150 database fields on one report. On another report I had over 200 formula fields.

I know that there are limits in some exports, but I've yet to have a problem with the number of fields in a report.

Are you having a specific problem?

No, I'm not. With the numerous array sorts and manipulations and summaries I'm defining for this one report, I'm trying to anticipate what the limitations are in terms of defining all these fields. I anticipate surpassing the total number of formula fields defined by DGillz.

well in one ugly case I had over 300 formulas with no problem (they were mostly display formulas of a large array)

I had a report with a large numbers of formulas and columns. It was fine except that it duplicated one column after everything else, when exporting to Excel. This happens under Crystal 8.5, and the new dlls did not fix it, though they changed and improved a lot else.
