Limit on Member Servers on Active Directory

Hi Everyone;

Here is the scenario:
We currently have Win2008 AD-Domain (call it Production-Dom) with couple of Win2003/2008-OUs (Org Units).
However, we are considering creating a brand new OU consisting of 5 Win2008 App Servers within the Production-Dom. We will be using Win2008 Enterprise x86(NOT R2).
Now will this require a separate Server License for each App-Server installation or will the Enterprise Vol License cover them as member servers?
