Our office uses Outlook 2003 and we store documents, charts,etc. on our servers. Instead of sending a copy to everyone, we forward the link to all those that need to read. I've been using 'insert hyperlink' in the body of the text. Today with some longer links, the email recipients get the Locate Link Browswer dialog box pop up instead of going to the document.
Any suggestions of email settings, etc.
I can not change the names of the folders/servers.
