Does anyone know how to limit the # of calls to a specific DID on a PRI? Customer is worried that calls to one DID will use most of the lines on the PRI. The DID will be ringing into an ACD group. I did not find any way to do it with overflow or routing rules in the call center programming. System is a BCM400 rls 3.7
Thanks

No way I can think of to easily do that with your system. The telco determines how many calls can be delivered based on the number of channels you have available. Maybe the telco could limit the number of calls.
