You should move the location of the Temporary Internet Files outside the Profile.
Tools, Internet Options, General tab, Temporary Internet Files- Settings, Move Folder.
It might make sense as well:
. restrict the total size of the TIF store
. Under the 'Advanced' tab, check to delete the TIF store when IE is closed.
