Limit Internet access from public computer 1

We have a public computer in our office that customers have access to that I would like to block all internet access to except our own web page (hosted offsite). Is there a relatively easy and cheap (free) way to accomplish this. It is an XP Pro box on our domain.

Don't point at DNS and create a host record in the hosts file.
