Hi:
I need to limit incoming calls into an ACD group from a specific DID.
I have 2 DID's that get into the ACD group 7200:
5279 4000
5279 4077
for
I have 2xE1 dedicated to incomming calls, but I want to let-in only 10 simultaneous calls from a specific DID.
is it possible?
how can I do it?

Thanks in advance for your invaluable help.
Marco

Check with your Telco they may be able to do it

Thanks:
Yes, my telco can do it, but It will be using (sacrifying) 10 trunks exclusively for this DID.
If it is done into the meridian1, it will be managed "dynamically", according to demand on the other DID's.

Thanks in advance for your invaluable help.
Marco

Most carriers can limit that dynamically, so regardless of the channel a call is on, only x number can be incoming to a specific DID.

I don't believe you can limit that on the MICS side.

Oh, sorry, not in Mexico
Thanks a lot!

Thanks in advance for your invaluable help.
Marco

When we use a DID off of a PRI for a fax line we would get the DID limited to 1 call in and that was arranged with the telco.
