Limit Export options when run thru viewer

I am running the reports thru the web and using the ActiveX or Java viewer to view the same. Can somebody please tell me if its possible to limit the options we get for exporting( say i want only Word) depending on the Report i select to view. How can it be done????

Those features aren't customizable in Crystal Enterprise. If you really wanted to, I think that some Java IDE kits come with a form of decompiler you could use to change the source code for the viewer, but I'm not sure how that would work with the CE license. If you did go down this route the easiest way to do it would be to comment out (/* Code removed */) the bit of code that places the elements into the list menu (the elements, not the entire line of code). However I'd make sure someone who know their way around Java does this one, if you do do it. Greg W

Did you get a resolution to this?

I wish to specifically disable the ability to export as .rpt but allow export to word, excel, pdf.
