Limit dialing external to 1 number only 1

Is there a way I can limit a certain extension so that they can only dial internally and 1 particular external number?

Set up a restriction to that extention and restrict all example if they dial 9 restrict 9 , it is direct dial restrict 1-9 then the execption is the 9 with the number or just the number.

So, if i wanted to restrict so that the only external number they can dial is 0141 xxxx - i would enter this in the restriction box?

Sorry - I dont use the BCM much - just get jobs like this dumped on me!

Use or build restriction #6 and the restriction would be the digits that would be blocked so it can't dial out then add the exception of the 0141 XXXX.Then assign restriction 6 to the set.
